These terms apply to myoatlas.com and the MyoAtlas mobile app (“MyoAtlas”). By using MyoAtlas you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it. Questions: [email protected].

Not medical advice

MyoAtlas is for general fitness information. Exercises, plans, targets and Moy’s suggestions are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or qualified coach. Check with a professional before starting a new program, especially if you are injured, pregnant or have a health condition. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You train at your own risk.

Moy, the AI coach

Moy uses AI. Its replies can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for you. Use your own judgment. Moy can only propose changes to your routines and workouts; nothing changes until you tap Apply. See the Privacy Policy for what Moy receives.

Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • Give a real email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • You can stop using MyoAtlas at any time and ask us to delete your account at [email protected].

Your content

Your routines, workouts and messages stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run MyoAtlas for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not:

  • scrape, copy or redistribute the exercise catalog, videos or images in bulk;
  • break, overload or probe the service, or get around limits such as Moy’s daily message limit;
  • access other people’s accounts or data;
  • use MyoAtlas for anything unlawful or harmful, or to make Moy produce such content.

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Our content

The MyoAtlas catalog, exercise videos, anatomy map, design, articles and name belong to MyoAtlas or its licensors. You may use them for your own training. You may link to and share individual pages.

The service

MyoAtlas is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or always available. We may change, pause or remove features, including free ones.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, MyoAtlas is not liable for injuries, lost data or indirect damages arising from using the service or following its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. We change the date above, and for significant changes we tell signed-in users in the app or by email. Continuing to use MyoAtlas after a change means you accept the new terms.
