Form tips

Avoid Using Momentum

A common mistake is using momentum to lift the band. This not only reduces the effectiveness of the exercise but also increases the risk of injury. Make sure to perform the exercise in a slow and controlled manner, focusing on the muscle contraction and not on the weights being lifted.

Maintain Constant Tension

To get the most out of this exercise, try to maintain constant tension on your biceps throughout the entire movement. This means not letting the band slack at the bottom of the movement and not fully extending your arms at the top.
