Form tips

Controlled Movement

Raise your heels as high as possible while maintaining balance. Pause for a second at the top and then slowly lower your heels below the level of the platform. Avoid rushing the movement. The slower and more controlled the movement, the more effective the exercise will be.

Full Range of Motion

It's important to go through the full range of motion, from the highest point of the heel raise to the lowest point where your heels are below the platform. This ensures you're working the calf muscles to their full extent.

Keep Your Knees Straight

Keep your knees straight but not locked throughout the exercise.
