Form tips

Control the Weights

Always control the weights as you lift and lower the dumbbells. Avoid the common mistake of letting the weights drop quickly or using momentum to lift them. This not only reduces the effectiveness of the exercise but also increases the risk of injury.

Breathing Technique

Don't hold your breath during the exercise. Inhale as you lower the dumbbell and exhale as you press it up.
