Form tips

Choosing the Right Weight

Don't start with heavy dumbbells. Use lighter weights initially, and as you get comfortable with the form and movement, gradually increase the weight. Using a weight that's too heavy from the start can lead to injuries.

Controlled Movement

Avoid rushing through the exercise. Each step-up and knee raise should be performed in a controlled manner. This not only helps to prevent injuries but also ensures that your muscles are fully engaged during the exercise.

Avoid Leaning Forward

A common mistake is leaning forward while performing the exercise. This can put unnecessary strain on your back and knees. Keep your body upright throughout the movement.
