Form tips
Avoid rushing through the stretch. Perform the movements in a controlled manner to ensure you're effectively working the muscles. Quick or jerky movements can lead to injuries.
Make sure you're using your full range of motion during this stretch. Extend your arms fully out to your sides and then bring them together in front of you. Half-hearted movements won't give you the full benefits of the stretch and can lead to muscle imbalances.
Before you start the dynamic chest stretch, it's important to warm up your body with some light cardio, like jogging or jumping jacks. This increases blood flow to the muscles and makes them more flexible
