Form tips

Controlled Movement

Raise your legs by flexing your hips while keeping your knees straight. Continue this movement until your hips are completely flexed and you can't go any further without bending your knees. Then, return to the starting position in a controlled manner. Avoid the common mistake of using momentum to swing your legs up and down, as this can lead to injury and reduces the effectiveness of the exercise.

Engage Your Core

Make sure to engage your abdominal muscles throughout the exercise. This not only helps to protect your lower back, but it also ensures that you are working your core effectively. A common mistake is to focus on lifting the legs without engaging the core, which can strain the lower back.
