Form tips

Proper Hand Placement

Position your hands directly under your shoulders when holding the kettlebells. This will provide the most stability and control during the exercise. Avoid placing your hands too wide, as this can cause strain on your shoulders and reduce the effectiveness of the exercise.

Controlled Movement

When performing the row, avoid jerking or using momentum to lift the kettlebell. Instead, use a controlled, smooth movement to lift and lower the weight. This not only reduces the risk of injury but also ensures you’re working the targeted muscle groups effectively.
