Form tips
Don't rush through the exercise. Make sure to control the movement both when pushing and returning to the starting position. This will ensure that your muscles are engaged throughout the exercise, and it will also help to prevent injuries.
Your feet should be hip-width apart on the platform. Avoid placing them too high or too low as this can put unnecessary pressure on your knees and lower back.
When you push the platform, avoid fully extending your legs to the point where your knees lock out. This can lead to knee injury. Instead, keep a slight bend in your knees even at the top of the movement.
