Form tips

Controlled Movement

Another common mistake is to perform the exercise too quickly. It's important to use slow and controlled movements. Rushing through the exercise can lead to injury and won't target the muscles as effectively. Lift the barbell in a smooth, controlled manner, hold the contraction at the top for a moment, then lower it back down slowly.

Avoid Overloading

Don't overload the barbell with too much weight. This can lead to strain or injury, particularly in your neck and back.
