Form tips

Arm Position

Your arms should be straight and slightly above parallel to the ground. Avoid bending your elbows or wrists, as this can shift the focus away from the lats and onto the biceps and forearms.

Controlled Movements

Perform the pulldown in a slow and controlled manner. Avoid using momentum or jerky movements to pull the weight down, as this can lead to injuries and reduce the effectiveness of the exercise.

Proper Breathing

Breathe in as you pull the weight down and breathe out as you return to the starting position. Holding your breath can cause dizziness and reduce your stamina.

Avoid Overloading

Start with a manageable weight and gradually increase it as your strength improves
