Form tips

Avoid Swinging

A common mistake people make is using their back or shoulders to swing the weights up. This not only reduces the effectiveness of the exercise but also risks injury. Keep your elbows close to your body and avoid using momentum to lift the weights. The movement should be controlled and deliberate.

Right Weight

Choose a weight that you can lift without compromising your form. It's better to start with lighter weights and gradually increase as your strength improves. Lifting weights that are too heavy can lead to poor form and potential injuries.
