Conseils techniques

Engage Your Core

The key to getting the most out of the Bicycle Recline Walk is to engage your core muscles properly. This isn't just about your abs; you need to engage your entire core, including your lower back and pelvic muscles. Avoid the common mistake of pulling on your neck or using your arms to lift your body up.

Controlled Movement

The bicycle movement should be slow and controlled. Many people make the mistake of rushing through the exercise, which can reduce its effectiveness and potentially lead to injury. Your opposite elbow should touch the opposite knee in a twisting motion, but avoid pulling your elbow across your body
