Conseils techniques

Gradual Stretch

Another common mistake is trying to force the stretch. It is important to gradually lean into the stretch until a gentle pull is felt in your chest and shoulder. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds and then switch sides. Never bounce or use jerky movements, as this can lead to injuries.

Regular Breathing

Holding your breath during the stretch is a common mistake that can lead to discomfort and less effective results. Make sure to breathe normally throughout the stretch, this will help to relax your muscles and increase the effectiveness
