Conseils techniques

Engage Your Core

The Dead Bug is primarily a core exercise, so make sure you're engaging your abdominal muscles throughout the movement. Avoid the common mistake of letting your back arch off the floor, which can put unnecessary strain on your lower back. Instead, press your lower back into the floor and think about pulling your belly button towards your spine to keep your core engaged.

Controlled Movements

Perform the exercise with slow, controlled movements. The goal is not speed, but rather muscle engagement and control.
