Conseils techniques
Your body should form a straight line from your head to your heels. Avoid arching your back or lifting your buttocks, as this can lead to back pain and reduce the effectiveness of the exercise.
Avoid rushing through the movements. Lower your body in a controlled manner until your chest almost touches your hands, then push back up. This will ensure you're fully engaging your muscles and not relying on momentum.
When you push your body up, avoid locking your elbows, as it can put unnecessary strain on your joints. Keep a slight bend in your elbows at the top of the movement.
