Conseils techniques

Avoid Using Excessive Weight

A common mistake is using dumbbells that are too heavy. This can lead to improper form and potential injury. Start with light weights and gradually increase as your strength and technique improve.

Control Your Movement

It's important to control your movements throughout the exercise. Don't rush through the motions or use momentum to lift the weights. This can lead to injury and won't effectively work the intended muscles.
