Conseils techniques
It's crucial to maintain balance during this exercise to avoid injury. If you're having trouble balancing, try to focus on a fixed point in front of you or use a wall or a pole for support.
Ensure your front knee is directly above your ankle, not pushed out too far. Your back knee should be pointing down toward the floor. Avoid allowing your front knee to extend past your toes, as this can put unnecessary stress on your knee joint.
Engage your core muscles throughout the stretch to maintain stability and increase the effectiveness of the stretch.
