Conseils techniques

Proper Positioning

Start by kneeling on your right knee, with your left foot flat on the floor in front of you, knee bent. Lean forward, stretching your right hip toward the floor. Then, grab your right foot and pull it towards your buttock to stretch the quad. Ensure your torso remains upright and your hips are squared forward - don't lean to the side or twist at the waist.

Avoid Overstretching

A common mistake is to overstretch during this exercise. You should only stretch to the point of mild discomfort, not pain. If you feel pain, you are pushing too hard. Overstretching can cause muscle strain or injury.
