Conseils techniques
Use your whole body to jump onto the box, not just your legs. Swing your arms forward to help propel your body upwards. Aim to land softly and quietly on the box, absorbing the impact with your legs.
When landing, your feet should be flat on the box and your knees should be over your toes. Avoid landing with your knees locked or your feet too close together, as this can lead to injury.
One common mistake is trying to jump onto a box that is too high. This can lead to falls and injuries.
