Conseils techniques

Proper Grip

Your grip should be slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Do not grip too wide as this can stress your shoulders and limit the effectiveness of the exercise. Your wrists should also be straight, not bent, to avoid strain.

Controlled Movement

When lowering the lever, do so in a slow and controlled manner. This will engage your muscles more effectively and reduce the risk of injury. Avoid letting the weights drop quickly or using momentum to lift them.

Full Range of Motion

Make sure to lower the lever all the way down to your chest before pushing it back up. This ensures a full range of motion, which is key for muscle growth and strength.
