Conseils techniques

Proper Grip

Grip the band with your palms facing down. Your hands should be more than shoulder-width apart. A common mistake is gripping the band too close together, which can strain your wrists and shoulders.

Controlled Movement

Pull the band towards your face, keeping your elbows high and in line with your shoulders. The movement should be slow and controlled, focusing on the muscle contraction and not on the band's resistance. A common mistake is to pull the band too quickly or forcefully, which can lead to muscle strain.
