Conseils techniques

Avoid Neck Strain

A common mistake is pulling your neck forward during the crunch. This can lead to strain and injury. Instead, focus on using your core muscles to lift your body. Your hand should be supporting your head, not pulling it.

Controlled Movement

Avoid rushing through the exercise. It's not about how many you can do, but how well you can do them. A slower, controlled movement will engage your muscles more effectively and reduce the risk of injury.
