Technik-Tipps

Keep Your Legs Straight

A common mistake is bending the knees during the exercise. Your legs should be straight and your focus should be on flexing and extending your ankles, not your knees. Bending the knees can take the focus off the calves and put unnecessary strain on your knees.

Controlled Movement

Avoid bouncing or using momentum to lift the weight. Instead, press up on the balls of both feet to raise the body as high as possible. Pause at the top and then lower your heels below the platform, feeling a stretch in your calves. This control will ensure maximum muscle engagement and reduce the risk of injury.
