Technik-Tipps

Controlled Movements

Begin by extending your arms in front of you, with your palms facing down. Slowly rotate your wrists in a circular motion. The movement should be controlled and smooth. Avoid jerky or rapid movements as these can lead to strain or injury.

Range of Motion

Try to use the full range of motion in your wrists. This means moving your wrists in a full circle, rather than just a semi-circle or quarter-circle. However, don't force your wrists to move in a way that feels uncomfortable or painful.

Regular Breaks

If you're doing wrist circles as part of a longer exercise routine, make sure to take regular breaks.
