Form tips
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and your torso leaned forward at about a 45-degree angle. This position will help engage your core and back muscles properly.
When performing the close grip row, your hands should be positioned close together. A common mistake is to spread the hands too far apart, which can strain the wrists and doesn't target the muscles as effectively.
Avoid jerky or rapid movements. Instead, pull the band towards your abdomen slowly and controlled, then release it back with the same controlled motion. This will help to engage your muscles throughout the entire exercise.
