Form tips

Correct Positioning

Stand tall and place the band under one foot, and loop it around your other ankle. Keep your core engaged and your standing leg slightly bent to maintain balance.

Slow and Controlled Movement

When performing the curl, do so in a slow and controlled manner. Avoid the temptation to use momentum to swing your leg back, as this can reduce the effectiveness of the exercise and potentially lead to injury.

Avoid Arching Your Back

A common mistake to avoid is arching your back during the exercise. This not only reduces the effectiveness of the exercise but can also lead to back strain. To prevent this, keep your abs engaged throughout the exercise.
