Hamstrings exercises

Hamstrings are the three posterior-thigh muscles that flex the knee and extend the hip. Leg curls isolate the knee action; Romanian deadlifts and good mornings load the hip with a long hamstring. Nordic curls and glute-ham raises combine both. This hub is hamstring-primary work, not every hinge in the atlas. A hip thrust stays on glutes. A squat stays on quads unless the catalog said otherwise. People searching hamstring exercises want curl and hinge patterns they can run with a machine, a bar, or a partner for Nordics. Similar exercises keep you on that posterior line. Instructions on each card cover knee-soft versus knee-locked hinges. The atlas does not diagnose strains. It shows the catalog slice for this muscle group.
