Form tips

Proper Grip

Grip the bar wider than shoulder-width apart. Your hands should be in line with your shoulders when the bar is lowered. A common mistake is gripping the bar too close together or too far apart, which can lead to shoulder strain.

Controlled Movement

Avoid the mistake of dropping the bar quickly and pushing it up forcefully. This can lead to injury and reduces the effectiveness of the exercise. Instead, lower the bar slowly to your chest, pause briefly, and then push the bar up at a moderate speed.

Full Range of Motion

Make sure to lower the bar all the way to your chest and then fully extend your arms
