Form tips

Proper Grip

Grip is crucial in the Jefferson squat. Hold the barbell with both hands, one in front and one behind you. The hand in front should have a supinated grip (palm facing up), while the hand behind should have a pronated grip (palm facing down). This mixed grip will help you control the barbell throughout the exercise.

Maintain a Neutral Spine

A common mistake is rounding or arching the back during the squat. Always maintain a neutral spine to avoid any risk of injury.
