Form tips

Controlled Movement

Avoid rushing through the movement. This exercise is not about speed, but control. Lower your body slowly and push back up with power. This will help to engage the correct muscles and reduce the risk of injury.

Appropriate Weight

Start with a lighter weight until you get comfortable with the movement. Using a weight that's too heavy can lead to poor form and potential injuries. Once you've mastered the form, you can gradually increase the weight.
