Form tips

Balanced Stance

Begin with a balanced stance. Your feet should be hip-width apart, and your back foot should be resting on the ball of your foot. This helps maintain balance and stability during the exercise. Avoid placing your back foot flat on the ground, as this can lead to instability and potential injury.

Controlled Movement

When lowering your body, do so in a controlled manner. This helps engage the correct muscles and prevents strain. Avoid dropping down too quickly, as this can lead to injury.

Weight Distribution

Ensure the weight is evenly distributed between your front and back foot.
