Form tips

Correct Grip

Hold the barbell with an underhand grip, with your hands placed shoulder-width apart. Your palms should be facing upward. Avoid gripping the barbell too tightly as it can lead to wrist strain.

Controlled Movement

When performing the curl, ensure you are lifting the weight using your biceps and not your back or shoulders. Avoid the common mistake of using momentum or swinging the weight, as this will not only reduce the effectiveness of the exercise but also increase the risk of injury.
