Form tips

Maintain Good Posture

Keep your back straight and your core engaged throughout the exercise. Avoid rounding your shoulders or arching your back, as this can lead to injury. Your head should be in a neutral position, with your gaze forward.

Controlled Movement

When performing the reverse fly, it's important to control the movement. Avoid using momentum to swing the weights. Instead, focus on using your muscles to pull the cables apart. The movement should be slow and controlled, both on the way out and on the way back.
