Form tips
Your grip should be just inside shoulder width. Holding the bar too wide or too close can stress your wrists, elbows, and shoulders, and will not target the lats effectively. Your palms should be facing towards you (a supinated grip) to engage the lats more.
Avoid the common mistake of using momentum to pull the bar down. The movement should be slow and controlled. Pull the bar down to your chest and slowly let it back up. This will ensure that your muscles are under tension for longer, leading to better results.
Make sure you are using your lats to pull the bar down
