Form tips

Proper Grip

Ensure your grip on the dumbbell is correct. Your hands should be in a diamond shape, holding the top part of the weight. An incorrect grip can lead to a lack of control, potentially causing injuries.

Controlled Movement

Avoid the mistake of moving too fast. The decline pullover should be performed in a slow, controlled motion. This allows for maximum muscle contraction and reduces the risk of injury.

Full Range of Motion

To get the most out of this exercise, ensure you're using a full range of motion. Lower the weight until your upper arms are in line with your torso, and then pull it back over your chest.
