Form tips

Controlled Movements

Avoid rushing through the exercise. Lower your body slowly until your chest almost touches the floor, then push back up to the starting position. This controlled movement not only increases muscle engagement but also reduces the risk of injury.

Engage Your Core

Keep your abs tight throughout the exercise. This will help maintain your body alignment and stability, and also work your core muscles.

Avoid Locking Your Elbows

When pushing back up, avoid fully extending your arms to the point where your elbows lock. This common mistake can lead to elbow strain or injury. Instead, keep a slight bend in your elbows
