Form tips

Controlled Movement

Avoid jerky or fast movements. The key to getting the most out of this exercise is to perform it in a slow and controlled manner. As you pull the dumbbells towards your chest, squeeze your shoulder blades together. Hold for a moment, then slowly lower the weights back to the starting position.

Right Weight

Choose a weight that allows you to perform the exercise with proper form but is still challenging. Using weights that are too heavy can lead to poor form and potential injury, while weights that are too light may not provide enough resistance to effectively work your muscles.
