Form tips

Avoid Arching Your Back

A common mistake that people often make when performing this exercise is arching their back. This can lead to lower back pain and injury. Instead, keep your back straight and your core engaged throughout the exercise. Push through your heels to lift your hips off the ground, and squeeze your glutes at the top of the movement.

Control Your Movement

Another mistake to avoid is rushing through the movement. Instead, aim for slow, controlled movements. Lower your hips back down to the ground slowly, rather than letting them drop quickly.
