Form tips

Proper Grip

Your grip on the dumbbells should be firm, with your hands positioned slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. The dumbbells should be aligned with the middle of your chest. Avoid gripping the dumbbells too close or too wide as it can put unnecessary strain on your wrists and shoulders.

Controlled Movements

Avoid fast, jerky movements. Lower the dumbbells in a slow, controlled manner until they are level with your chest, then push them back up without locking your elbows. This keeps the muscles under tension for longer and reduces the risk of injury.
