Form tips

Correct Grip

Hold the dumbbells with your palms facing each other. This is why it's called a "palm-in press". A common mistake is holding the dumbbells with palms facing forward, which can put unnecessary stress on your wrists and reduce the effectiveness of the exercise.

Controlled Movement

When performing the press, make sure to lift and lower the dumbbells in a slow, controlled manner. Avoid the mistake of using momentum to lift the weights. This not only reduces the effectiveness of the exercise but also increases the risk of injury.
