Form tips

Avoid Rounding Your Back

A common mistake is rounding the back, which can lead to injury. Instead, keep your back straight and tight throughout the exercise. If you find it difficult to maintain a flat back, it might be a sign that you're lifting too heavy.

Do Not Lock Your Knees

Another common mistake is locking the knees during the exercise. Keep a slight bend in your knees during the entire movement.
