Form tips
One common mistake is forgetting to engage the core muscles during this exercise. Always remember to tighten your abdominal muscles throughout the exercise. This will not only help you balance but also ensure that you're working the right muscles and protecting your lower back.
Your body should form a straight line from your head to your feet. Avoid sagging your hips or raising them too high, as both can lead to strain and injury. Instead, focus on keeping your body in line and your hips lifted.
