Form tips

Balance

Balancing on one foot can be challenging, especially for beginners. Start without weights to get a feel for the movement and gradually add weights as your balance improves. You can also use a wall or a chair for support when starting out.

Weight Selection

Another mistake is using too heavy weights too soon. Start with lighter weights and focus on your form. Once you're comfortable with the movement, gradually increase the weight. If you notice that your form is suffering, it's a sign that the weights are too heavy.

Controlled Movement

Avoid rushing through the exercise.
