Form tips
Avoid swinging the dumbbells. The movement should be controlled and slow, focusing on the muscle contraction and not on the weights you are lifting. Lift the dumbbells by extending your elbow and allowing it to slightly go past your body.
Keep your elbows close to your torso at all times. A common mistake is to let the elbows drift away from the body, which can lead to strain and injury.
Use a weight that is challenging but still allows you to perform the exercise with proper form. Using a weight that is too heavy can lead to improper form and potential injury.
