Form tips

Controlled Movement

When stepping up, make sure to use the muscles of your leading leg (the one on the bench) to lift your body up. The trailing leg should be used for balance and support, but not for lifting. When stepping down, do it slowly and controlled, don't just let gravity take over. This will ensure you're getting the most out of the exercise and also prevent injuries.

Correct Weight

Use a weight that's challenging but manageable. If the weight is too heavy, you might compromise your form and risk injury.
