Form tips

Grip and Elbow Position

Hold the lever bar with an underhand grip (palms facing upward) and your hands shoulder-width apart. Make sure your elbows are in line with your shoulders and not flaring out, this will help you maintain control and avoid injury.

Controlled Movement

Avoid the common mistake of rushing through the exercise. Instead, focus on slow, controlled movement. As you curl the bar up towards your shoulders, squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement and then slowly lower the bar back down.
