Form tips

Correct Grip

Hold the lever bar with an underhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart. Make sure your palms are facing upwards. A common mistake is gripping the bar too tightly or too loosely, both of which can lead to improper form and potential injury.

Controlled Movement

When performing the curl, ensure that your movements are slow and controlled. Avoid the mistake of using momentum to lift the weight, as this can lead to injury and reduces the effectiveness of the exercise. The focus should be on the bicep muscles, which should be doing the majority of the work.
