Form tips
When lifting the weight, make sure you're doing so in a slow and controlled manner. Many people tend to use momentum to lift, but this can lead to poor form and potential injury. Instead, focus on engaging your muscles, particularly your back and shoulder muscles, to lift and lower the weight.
Hold the bar with a firm but not overly tight grip. Your hands should be slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Avoid gripping too tightly as it can strain your wrists and forearms, and distract from the primary muscles you're aiming to work on - your back and shoulders.
