Form tips

Hand Position

Your hands should be shoulder-width apart and directly under your shoulders. Placing your hands too far forward can put unnecessary strain on your shoulders and neck.

Breathing Technique

Breathing is often overlooked during push-ups. Inhale as you lower your body and exhale as you push back up. Proper breathing helps to maintain rhythm and oxygenate your muscles.

Core Engagement

Keep your core muscles engaged throughout the exercise. This not only strengthens your abdominal muscles but also helps to maintain proper form and protect your lower back.
